PRE WEDDING:
Pre wedding consultation to run through your vision and receive all of your pre - booked suppliers details / terms and conditions etc Unlimited communication between myself and the clients via phone/email Attendance at your ceremony rehearsal (up to two hours – If Required) Preparation of run sheet/ schedule for the Wedding Day and supply to relevant vendors
WEDDING DAY:
Set up OR oversee props/ table styling at venue if required
Early arrival at your ceremony to ensure set up is to perfection and all suppliers are in attendance
Assist with any bridal party needs- corsages, flowers etc
Welcome guests to ceremony + venue & advise of seating arrangements
Organising of bridal party entrance
Queuing of music for entrance, dances, cake cutting etc.
Removal of ceremony decorations Gather bridal party and family for photographs
Early arrival at reception venue to ensure the set up is to perfection, liaise with venue staff and ensure the cake has been delivered or alternative has been sourced
Set up of any additional items in the venue
Liaise with all suppliers e.g. DJ/MC/Band and provide any assistance
Direct the event from start until dessert is served as per the run sheet i.e. cake cutting, speeches, first dance etc
Support the bride, groom, bridal party and families throughout the day/night
Attendance at your wedding reception until dessert is served, unless formalities to follow (Additional hours are charged at $90.00 per hour)
Provide a wedding day emergency kit including hairspray, sewing kit, bobby pins, tissues, band aids, insect repellent, jelly beans, sanitary products, sunscreen, hairpins, hair wax, two white large umbrellas etc.

FULL SERVICE PLANNING’ PACKAGE

Provide mood boards
Provide you with several quotations to compare & choose from, from quality vendors including photography/videographer, cake suppliers, florists, hairdressers, makeup artists, designers, stationary, bonbonniere suppliers etc.
Assist with selecting a colour scheme, theme and style for the wedding
Attend on site inspections of venues / locations
Regular contact with clients
Secure bookings with chosen vendors and pass on any industry discounts to clients
Attendance at vendor appointments if required
Management of budget and chosen suppliers
Ceremony & Reception Planning
Attendance at your ceremony rehearsal (up to two hours)
Confirmation of all booked suppliers two weeks prior to wedding day. Confirming arrival times and check if any remaining payments are required to be made

Venue Marketing Management is a novel service that involves Meli and Lil, Adelaide's trusted wedding styling company, taking up the responsibility of promoting and advertising the best features of wedding venues to increase their sales.
There are many venues and ceremony locations in Adelaide. However, we believe that every venue is unique in its own right and that with the right publicity, venues will get a lot more business from couples, event stylists, and wedding planners in Adelaide than they normally would.
This service was born out of the reality that many exceptional wedding venues were being ignored time after time simply because of their poor and inadequate marketing campaigns that involve making use of photos from previous events which they have no control over the look, nor the venue features captured. For this reason, Meli an Lil have decided to offer venue marketing management services with the goal of effectively promoting wedding venues, such that couples can see the great potential of them being the perfect location for the biggest day of their lives
How It Works
Option 1. Feedback and recommendations: the team will visit your venue, audit current appearance and practices, written report with a recommendations and discussion meeting. $200
Option 2. Site visit, current practice audit, marketing materials, overview areas for instant self improvement recommended. Attend 1 wedding or ceremony and observe as guest
Option 3. Styled shoot for marketing
Venue Styling: As an accomplished Adelaide wedding stylist, we would put our talents to effective use and perfectly style your venue (both ceremony and reception spaces if available) with fresh flowers and all styling elements just like we would put together a wedding venue setup for an actual wedding.
Models: Top models wearing a range of local and well-known bridal designers with professional hair and makeup will pose as the bride and groom, as well as guests if required.
Professional Photography and Videography: A top photographer and videographer will then professionally capture the images and footage using top-notch equipment that shows off your venue in a breath-taking manner.
Professional Videos and Images: After proper editing, we will send the images in print and web resolution along with a 30-second and a 1-minute promotional video, which you can use to promote your venue anytime, anywhere.
Extras: We also offer the option to include targeted social media advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and the likes, as well as creating irresistible graphics design as part of our service when requested.
